Criteria and Requirements

Exhibit a positive attitude, strong character and commitment to making a difference through service to the community as well as demonstrate leadership characteristics and/or assumed leadership positions.  Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher in addition to one (1) of the following:

• Be a graduating senior from any Tucson area high schools (including surrounding rural areas) with the intent to enroll at Pima Community College or the University of Arizona. (No specification of major) OR,

• Continue or enroll at Pima Community College OR,

• Continue or enroll at the University of Arizona OR,

• Be a member of the boys or girls high school basketball team.

Scholarship(s) will be valued at $2,000 and can be used for tuition, required admission fees and textbooks, once enrolled/accepted into Pima Community College or the University of Arizona.

Scholarship award will be deposited into the Bursar's Office account or Student Identification account (A#).
